Terms & Conditions
By securing a booking with our mobile coffee cart service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a seamless, high quality experience for all clients and events.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due in full by the agreed upon date prior to the event. No services will be rendered until payment terms are fulfilled.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of event planning and scheduling, all deposits are non refundable. Cancellations made after booking may be subject to additional fees based on preparation, staffing, and reserved event time.
Event Details & Changes
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete event details at the time of booking, including date, time, location, guest count, and setup requirements. Any changes must be communicated promptly and are subject to approval and availability.
Setup Requirements
We require safe, accessible, and suitable space for setup and service. Any necessary power, water access, or venue-specific requirements must be disclosed in advance to ensure proper execution of serviceService
Scope
All services are delivered as outlined in the booking agreement. Any requests for extended service time, additional offerings, or on-site changes may result in additional charges and are subject to availability.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, access limitations, or incomplete event information provided by the client.
Agreement
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
